Andi, michel,
This bug was fixed after 4.0.4 was released, 4.0.4pl1 will be released in a
few days fixing this bug. Please try it then but I dont this php_value
short_open_tag was affected. A work around is to put php_value
short_open_tag on in you default server, this is then over ridden but the
virtual server with its setting and all other virtual servers have the
default servers setting.
