Ah, and another problem. 'reload' needs to be last in the arguments
list.
% mysqladmin -u root -pPassword reload
When you do:
% mysqladmin reload -u root -pPassword
It attempts to fall back to your default user (your login).
You still need the full path to mysqladmin, however.
