If IIS is configured with PHP properly, I don't think that should happen...
IIS should recognize it as a bad path before attempting to invoke PHP.
*UNLESS* you are trying to do something like Apache's Rewrite -- where
http://yourhost.com/a/b/c/d gets magically turned into
http://yourhost.com/somepage.php?a&b&c&d
(or something like that). I dunno
if IIS can even do this, much less how.
Double-check your "filter" or whatever IIS is calling it that makes PHP do
its thing. It may be misconfigured a little.
Disclaimer: I don't know how many people are using IIS 5 on Win2K with PHP
as a CGI...
