Sorry everyone.. I forgot to type in my question...
Could you please tell me how to make the script use either the array or the
$memberpath? I am very new to this and have absolutely no clue.. I just need
to get these users moved over to the new forum.

If you look at your script and the error it seems that $memberpath which
would correctly set the path is not used on line 38. Or at least that is
what php seems to think. If the file is already loaded into an array why
use file? Why not just procees the array? I don't know, maybe I missed
something.
