When doing :
if (get_magic_quotes_gpc() == FALSE) {
ini_set('magic_quotes_gpc','on');
}
Or vise versa, it seems to have no affect YET a change does seem to exist
as after doing the above and then :
if (get_magic_quotes_gpc() == TRUE) {
print 'quotes are on';
}
It shows them to be on yet they really are not. Within user comments
here :

It basically says some cannot be changed. Which can and cannot? The
above would (will?) be very useful, suggestions?
