I don't think it's a good idea, but in theory one could read in an
encrypted file and decrypt it using say openssl_open() followed by
eval() or something. Handling the keys is probably going to be a
problem. If they key is not encrypted or the passphrase is stored
in the server, you haven't gained anything.
Better look for the Zend encoder I guess, will be interesting to see
what it actually does.
