I'm uncertain of what you want to achieve. I can think of two
possibilities.
1) You want to parse a PDF and return some info as HTML
- I think the PDF libs would make this possible
2) You want to show a PDF in the browser
- This isn't really a PHP issue, all that is necessary
is for the client to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed
and for you to redirect the browser to the relevant PDF.
