Can I use PHP3 to load the contents of an htm page into a php3 page

Hello, Here is what I would like to do. I have a page called news.php3 Every month the pages content changes. Usually called issue01.htm, issue02.htm etc. What I want to do is with my page news.php3(the main page) load in the html from issue01.htm The reason for this, is I would like to include some extra code at the beginning of the file but this is just a pain, if I could get it to do it automatically that would be good. Then all I have to do is update the link each month. I hope you know what I am trying to say. Any help would be great, Thanks Chris
