How about with sessions? something like this... <?php /* page1.php */ session_start(); $duh = 1; session_register("duh"); ?> <a href="page2.php">go to page 2</a> then... <?php /* page2.php */ session_start(); print($duh); ?> from then on, any page with session_start() on it will know what $duh is until the user closes the browser. my two bobs..as per usual.. =) On Tue, 9 Jan 2001, Cahyo S.
