Cobalt Raq/PHP Help Needed

Hi all, this list to date has been extremely helpful and I thought you might be able to help with my latest problem. I have a Cobalt Raq and need to host many different domain names but have them all point to one directory. e.g. web site is called www.frogtrade.com - I am currently allowing various companies to use www.frogtrade.com/companyname which allows them access to the system. Some clients, however want to use their own domain name rather than the frogtrade name. The Cobalt Raq, by default creates an entirely new directory structure. How do I get this to point at the same frogtrade directory structure? I am desperate for this help, but don't know where else to turn. Any help greatly appreciated!!
