It's great for table layout, and I can open PHP files just fine. I got it for $70 at Amazon. It has bugs when encountering PHP standard tags, but using long tags works around that problem. Another benefit of using long tags is they cause HoTMetaL to format your PHP code as-is, so you can control the indenting of your PHP code however you like.
