Sybase Mysql 3.23 issues.

I wrote a message earlier about sybase_connect having issues, but it appears it's more than that. We had also recently upgraded to mysql 3.23. After downgrading mysql, sybase went back to normal in all cases. Can't say I can explain it, but that's what happened.
