I have not been able to determine from the documentation or the PHP web
site which if any of the extensions for PHP4 (Win32) (other than the
few included in the Win32 binary distribution) are available and if so
where I can download them from. I am particularly interested in
php_mssql.dll and php_odbc.dll. Can anyone help?
Many thanks.
