Hi,
I've made a small class that adds RC4 encryption
functionality to those versions of PHP which don't
have mycrypt either installed or the specific version
for RC4 is not installed.
It's a class that simply requires you to pass some
parameters, like key, and the plaintext, and an
optional decrypting value.
