QUERY_STRING_UNESCAPED

PhP3 script always parse "QUERY_STRING" variable.
But when i include a php3 script from shtml file <!--#include
virtual="foobar.php3"--> original "QUERY_STRING" is than called
"QUERY_STRING_UNESCAPED". Because of that no variables are parsed.
I haven't found anything about that - can anyone help me?
