redirect POST

Hello, I have a client that uses iBill to process credit cards for his site we are designing. However iBill requires the link to the signup form be a POST method submit button. So what I want to do is create a simple script that will allow set values to be redirected as a POST method to iBill's secure signup form.. So far I have found many ways (like PostToHost) that allow me to post and get data back, but not post and take (redirect) me there.. so instead I end up staying on thesite.com/test.php instead of going to secure.ibill.com/signup.exe any suggestions?? PHP, Java, Perl, C, anything??? :) Thanks, ..rick
