PHP4.0.1 crashes - win95

Not sure what the problem is. Runs from the command line, but crashes in php4ts.dll when ran from
the browser. Everything is working on PHP 4.0.
PHP4.0.1 (no extensions, no optimizer)
Xitami v2.4d6
Netscape 4.72 IE 5.0
Back to PHP 4.0 :(
P.S. php phinfo.php3 > info.html works, but also displays the X-powered by stuff
