Apache/PHP Configuration Problem on NT5

My apologies if you receive this message twice, I'm not sure if it went through the first time. I've set up an ErrorDocument 404 in httpd.conf to point to a local PHP file. When I attempt to access a page that doesn't exist, rather than seeing this page, I get an Internal Error 500. If I go into the error.log, I find the following: [Sun Jan 28 15:18:35 2001] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Premature end of script headers: c:/program files/php/php.exe This was working for a while, then it suddenly stopped working -- resulting in the problem mentioned above.
