php 3.0.x + pdflib 3.0?

Has anyone gotten php3 to work with pdflib 3.0? If not, can anyone point me
to a copy of pdflib 2.0.x? Please cc: me on all replies, as I'm not on the
list... thanks!
(the error I recieved when trying to make it work was:
