Thanx Sylwester, I guess this is really my problem... I have too much
nested tables to arrange layout and content.... Now I know I am in trouble

It is Netscape behaviour. Netscape renders the table much longer than
IE. Try to simplify tables, do not nest them. Nesting tables
making Netscape rendering really slow.
