Try this:
<?php
function show_elements($ary) {
while(list($key,$val) = each($ary)) {
echo "$key => $val<BR>";
}
}
$fruits=array("a"=>"apple","b"=>"banana","c"=>"cucumber","d"=>"apricot",);
show_elements($fruits);
?>
That's pretty much plagiarised from the array functions in the manual :-)
