Zend Debugger problems

Hi All, Anyone wrestled with the Zend Debugger Setup. Having downloaded the test drive of the IDE and Debugger and the test drive license file followed the docs to the letter. It still isnt running. once i include zend_extention="/usr/local/Zend/ZendDebugger.so" in the php.ini file apache wont restart.
