hmm sort of is, basically this works:
// Foo.class.php
class Foo {
var $bar;
setBar($bar) {
$this->bar = $bar;
}
}
// foo.php
include("Foo.class.php");
$foo = new Foo;
$bar = "1234567789";
$foo->setBar($bar);
