Huh? I am going off of the example from the PHP documentation:
From http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.urlencode.php
echo '<A HREF="mycgi?foo=', urlencode ($userinput), '">';
So I am using that as a model:
echo ' A HREF=" ', $PHP_SELF, '?mode=index&category=',
urlencode($cateogory), ' ">Blah</A>';
