Clearing Oracle Permanent connections

Hi, We use Oracle Permanent connexions with the OCIPLogon function. But it seemes that the OCILogoff function do nothing in that case. So there is no mean to delete a permanent connexion. For instance : If the oracle server shutdown and restart, then we must restart the apache server. Otherwise, bad permanent connexions remain... Do you have more information on that problem??
