moving from php3 to php4

I have recently switched servers.. All my code that once worked on php3 is giving me errors on the php4 server. if(mysql_numrows($list)<19){ blah.. } & while ($row = mysql_fetch_array($list)) {} just for a quick example. don't laugh at my chessy code it worked once upon a time ;). Is there a page/readme/app that will parse old 3 code and make it work for php4 ? Or a editor that will flag this stuff without trial and error debugging ?
