For optimum performance, you could incorporate your C code into PHP, and
whip up a PHP page to call the functions based on user selection. See
apidoc.txt in the tarball distribution to learn how to get your C code
compiled into PHP.
You could also exec() your C programs from PHP (like a shell command in C)
but that should not be the fastest program ever...
