PHP/NT4/IIS5 problem

I have PHP 4.0.4 running on my Win 2K with IIS5 - no problem! When I
try to install the same PHP on a NT4 with SP6 and IIS5 I cannot get the
Isapi filter to work - the status comes up as failed.
Am I overlooking some simple?
