If you use METHOD=GET instead of METHOD=POST, you should avoid those errors.

Hi there,
Writing a php web page involve form submit. I notice when I use the
browser's "back" and "forward" button, it gives me the "page
expiry" error.
Is there anyway to avoid that?
Thx.
