That wasn't it :< & if i use any other headers .. ie
$mailheaders .= "X-Priority: 1\n";
they work .. its just with the CC that wont work :<

It looks a little like you're perhaps using $headers in your first
include to do something? Try a different variable name like
$mailheaders?
