Really depends on the Webserver _not_ the OS.
If you are using IIS i would assumed the PHP installer ran some sort of
.reg file to "assciate" .php3 with the php.exe. It only needs some slight
modifications to change to .htm or .php or whatever and run again.
If you were running Apache you could set this differently for different
directories. But i wouldnt recommend Apache as a production webserver on NT
just yet.
