Durrani,
That's the hard way to draw a circle. You would have to populate the
array $points with a large number of vertices, with $points[0]=x0,
$points[1]=y0, etc. Note that $um_points is the number of pairs of
vertices.
Much easier, if you simply need a circle, is to use:
ImageArc($im, $arc_x, $arc_y, $arc_width, $arc_height, $arc_start, $arc_end, $arc_color);
