Now, if you look at the headers of a message from the list to you, you'l see a Return-Path line like (for me): Return-Path: <php-general-return-43438-huntsman=www.nisu.flinders.edu.au@lists.php.net> which will tell you what the subscription address is. Armed with this information, you can then send a specific unsubscribe request php-general-unsubscribe-huntsman=www.nisu.flinders.edu.au@lists.php.net but substituting whatever is in your Return-Path.
