One of my co-worker has a phenominal book on sql. You will want something that covers the different
type of joins... when to use them, as well as database normalization, reinforcing data integrity with
foreign and primary keys. You will also want some transact sql in there and some indexing. There
are many tutorials in stuff like phpbuilder.com. It is a good starting place.
