If you have the PHP interpreter installed as a CGI, you can do this:
0 8 * * * /path/to/php -f /home/users/sebas/citas.php3
Alternatively, you can set the execute bit on your php script and point
out the interpreter on the first line:
#!/path/to/php -q
<?
etc.
