this will work, however:

that is the problem... THIS is not working...
I have my html file like this:
index.shtml
<html>
<body>
... stuff...
<!--#include virtual="/path/to/banners.php"-->
</body>
</html>
and it's not working... there are 4 "include virtual"'s on this page... this would be the 5th... all of them work,why not this one?
