We have dealt a lot with iBill. They are great. The best interface to them that I know
of is the opayc solution from Inline. The advantage is you will be able to do charge backs
and the solution can be ported to any platform. php, CF, vb. Also opayc will handle the
updates to the api, if it changes. You just download the new dll.
