it's while loading apache that the error message appears...

So I was stuppid enough to realize I didn't have MS SQL 7 installed here. Somone here told me to download a proggie called Dependency Walker, that lists all the dependencies of a DLL. So I did it, and it really was missing a DLL (MS SQL). So I installed MS SQL 7 here, and now Dependency Walker doesn't give me any error, but PHP still gives me the message and still does not load php_mssql.dll. Why?
