What is your php.ini?
If you are enabled track vars and disabled register globals, all you have to do
is assign values to $HTTP_SESSION_VARS and
unset($HTTP_SESSION_VARS['your_session_var']). You don't need to use
session_register(), session_unregister() if it's the case.
