Yes. You can just make a file-upload element in your form. E.g.:
<INPUT type="file" name="f[myFile]">
In your "result-page" you can use the uploaded file pretty
straightforward:
temp-filename: $f[myFile]
filename: $f_name[myFile]
size: $f_size[myFile]
mimetype: $f_type[myFile]
