What is the deal with sleep(), does it break the 'max_execution_time' that is set in
php.ini?
This is good, this is what I want, but I just want to double check that this is really happening.
I have an emial script that seems to run for about 15 minutes because I sleep() it between each
email for a few seconds. It runs way longer than 'max_execution_time' is set for.
