Re: Upload file from my local C:

Is the file on your win machine on C: or D: ? There seems to be some confusion about that. Also, how are you using 'copy' to upload the file? Are you using a form with a 'file' input type and ENCTYPE="multipart/form-data" in the FORM tag, etc? Just some ideas.
