The PHP is processed first, sent to the web browser as a HTML file format,
then the browser executes the JavaScript. So once the PHp page is
presented, you cannot work with a javaScript value.
Now, if you program your JavaScript to go to a new PHP page after an
OnClick or some other event, then you
CAN pass that variable to the new script.
