1. rename my_application.htm to index.htm
2. make sure index.htm is in the DirectoryIndex configuration option
of your web server.
If my_application.htm is just html code in a file, you can rename it to
index.htm, and it probably will already be listed in DirectoryIndex. If
it is php code, you should serously consider using a .php or .php3
extension. Be proud to use PHP, and let the world know!!!
