shm_attach not found

I get this error
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: shm_attach() in
/usr/local/apache/phplib/ct_shm.inc on line 31
Here is my compile parameter
'./configure' '--with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs'
'--with-config-file-path=/usr/local/apache/conf' '--enable-versioning'
'--with-ldap' '--with-xml' '--enable-bcmath'
'--with-database'
'--enable-ftp' '--with-gd=/usr/local/gd1.3' '--enable-bcmath'
'--disable-debug' '--enable-memory-limit=yes' '--enable-track-vars'
Can anyone tell me why the library can find the standard shm_attach()?
