I've configured vim/gvim as described in the vim-HOW-TO with a light yellow background instead of grey. When I use vim in a terminal window, PHP highlighting looks very good.
But in gvim, which I'd prefer to use, all the colors are more of a light pastel shade, and the text in bright yellow is unreadable. Even if I use a grey, background everything is still hard to read.
Could some kind soul who overcame a similar problem please tell me how to change the highlight color shades so they're just a tad bit darker?
Thanks,
Rich
