PHP + LIBPNG how?

I have compiled PHP with this options,
./configure --with-zlib=/usr/local/src/zlib --with-png=/usr/local/src/libpng
--with-gd=/usr/local/src/gd --with-pgsql=/usr/local/pgsql --with-apache=../
apache --enable-track-vars
But i cant do this

$im = ImageCreateFromPng("test.png");
ImagePng($im);
?>
How do i compile PHP so i can create images?
