Dear Sir/Madam
I want to set magic_quotes_runtime to prevent PHP to set slashes
before characters like <'>.
but i do not find the php.ini as i have installed PHP4.0
but i find two php3.ini files in my machine.
I want to know what is the correct setting to prevent php
from seting slashes and how can i do it.
