What you do after they have Browsed (using the appropriate form functions), you simply capture the actual Client side Machine path of the image they want to upload, and set that as the Img tags SRC value. For example: <img src="C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator.GENRIC\My Documents\My Pictures\Sample.jpg"> This will display the image to the person. While I have not tested it out on various browsers, I know it works in IE, and don't see any reason why it wouldn't work on other browsers.
