Per you reference, I was looking at the web page for > R. Have you tried using PHP to write a script file and call R for > processing? I know there have been a Prof. who have written many useful statistical scripts. Couldnt remember his name, but I can look in my university library for his name. He is a chief editor for "Multivariate Analysis". I have been involved in statistics three years ago. R is IMHO the best language to solve statistical problems. At that time I used R as a standalone programming language. I couldnt start R from PHP, so I asked on the PHP developers list, but there was no response. I guess this would be a really good tool and can turn PHP into the best data mining tool :) -Egon -- LinuxTag, Stuttgart, Germany: July 5-8 2001: http://www.linuxtag.de/ All known books about PHP and related books: http://php.net/books.php Concert Band of the University of Hohenheim: http://www.concert-band.de/ First and second bestselling book in German: http://www.php-buch.de/
